Military Bio: Earl was captured near Budapest, Hungary and became a Prisoner Of War on August 22nd, 1944 after he and his crew were shot down. He interned at Stalag Luft IV from August of 44 till April 45. Earl passed away on April 7th, 1999 after working for Wetteiaren Diary as a Milkman for 20 years and for the U.S. Postal Service as a Postal Carrier for 22 years. His wife Elaine of 52 years, his son Larry, his daughter Cindy, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren survives him. |
